The One Where We Meet the Family

Just over two months after we met was Easter and Evan invited me to his sister Jen’s house to have dinner with his family. I was excited to meet them but also nervous! We both really love spending time with family and it was really important to both of us to get to know each other’s people.

After a lot of consultation with my friends I ordered a new sweater so I’d have something nice to wear. We took off on the commuter rail train to Mendon, MA and had a fabulous time playing games and eating a delicious dinner. His family was so welcoming and so kind, I immediately felt at home!

Since that day, we’ve met almost everyone and made a ton of memories. We can’t wait to continue spending time with everyone we love and to see everyone at our wedding!
