Hilton Boston Logan Airport
This hotel is literally at the airport - they offer a shuttle and are pet friendly. It’s a 0.6 mile walk to our venue or you can take the Massport 66 shuttle, which is about a 16 minute journey.

SPRINGHILL SUITES BY MARRIOTT
This hotel is adjacent to America’s first public beach, Revere Beach! It’s also right on the MBTA Blue Line at Wonderland, which is six stops from our wedding near the Airport station!
-
Airbnb or VRBO
We don’t have a ton of experience with these but know for larger groups it can sometimes be a good option. We’d encourage you to stay in the East Boston area - if you have questions feel free to reach out and we can help!
Our apartment complex even has pet friendly rentals on VRBO - we’ve never tried it, so if you do let us know how it goes!

MBTA
The Massachusetts Bay Transit Authority (MBTA) gets us from place to place every day! It’s not the most reliable but it’s what we’ve got. To get to our venue, you can walk from the Blue Line Maverick Station (about 1 mile) or, from the Blue Line Airport Station you can take the Massport Airport Shuttle 66 to the Airport Ferry, which is directly next to the hotel. To ride the MBTA, you can purchase a Charlie Card at a fare machine at most train stations, or, you can pay directly with your phone if you have Apple Pay or Android Wallet.
MASSPORT
The Massachusetts Port Authority (Massport) oversees airport transit, some ferry operations, and the cruise and container terminals. They also have a sound insulation program for housing in the area of the airport and have sponsored parks and open spaces throughout Boston communities, including Piers Park, Piers Park II, the Navy Fuel Pier Airport Edge Buffer, and the Mary Ellen Welch Greenway - all accessible from our venue!
Lyft & Uber
Lyft and Uber are both very prevalent in and around Boston, however, with Boston traffic it might be faster to take a train! Google Maps is pretty good about directing you with public transit or walking - just be careful with driving directions because sometimes the tunnels confuse the GPS! If you have never used Uber or Lyft, feel free to use the referral codes below for 50% off two Uber rides or 50% one Lyft ride. We check both and compare pricing before we choose who to use!
Boston Water Taxi
The Boston Harbor Water Taxi is an on-demand service that operates to and from over 25 locations. Our only complaint is it’s a bit pricey, but it sure is convenient.
If you’re looking for them on the water, these are navy blue boats with tan awnings.
For service, call 617-406-8584 or reserve your tickets at a scheduled time online.
Additional Boat Services
There is no shortage of water transit in Boston!
We recommend the Boston Launch Company, although sometimes the last shuttle is a no-show, so have a back up plan! They make stops at Lewis Wharf (East Boston), Fan Pier (Seaport), and Pier 6 (Charlestown) for only 4$ and can be requested by calling 617-504-6024.
Red Top Boats is another independent, on-demand water taxi company operating at 18 docks in Boston. For service, call 617-982-3298. You can find these boats by their red awnings!
The Seaport Ferry will take you from East Boston (Lewis Wharf) to the Seaport neighborhood (Fan Pier), where there are a ton of things to do. Unfortunately, they don’t currently operate on the weekends - so check the schedule before you plan!
If you’re interested in the casino, there is a free water shuttle that will take you from Long Wharf (downtown) to the Encore Casino in Everett, it’s about a 10 minute ride.
BLUEbikes
BLUEbikes has a contract with the city of Boston and are the only rental bikes in town and they offer regular or electric; unfortunately we have yet to adopt electric scooters! There are a few different BLUEbike docks in our neighborhood and bike lanes are prevalent in Boston, but ride at your own risk - it can be dangerous, and please wear a helmet!
